These website terms describe the basis on which eligible research orders may be accepted and fulfilled.
Research-use condition: Catalogue materials are offered only for legitimate laboratory or scientific research where lawfully supplied. They are not offered for human or veterinary administration, diagnosis, treatment or consumption.
Eligibility and order acceptance
A submitted basket or review request is not automatic acceptance. Lock’d In may require customer, organisation, intended-use, product and destination information before accepting an order. An order may be declined where eligibility, documentation, inventory, payment or carrier requirements are not satisfied.
Product information and documentation
Catalogue descriptions identify commercial records and formats. A catalogue page is not a released batch record. Lot-specific specifications, analytical documents and release status apply only where they are explicitly linked to the supplied inventory.
Prices, discounts and payment
Primary prices are shown in USD. Applicable volume pricing, promotional conditions, shipping, duties and taxes are shown or communicated before an order is accepted. Obvious pricing or data errors may be corrected before acceptance.
Worldwide delivery
Normal handling is one to two business days and estimated transit is approximately seven business days after dispatch. Estimates are not guarantees. The recipient is responsible for local import permissions, customs requirements, duties and taxes.
Customer responsibilities
The customer must provide accurate information, maintain appropriate facilities and records, follow the approved product documentation, prevent diversion or unauthorised use, and notify Lock’d In promptly of delivery or quality issues.
Liability and mandatory rights
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or customer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any final order remains subject to the terms presented at acceptance and the law applicable to the operating entity and transaction.
